STANDARD RETURN POLICY
For items purchased at brklynpark.com, all returns must be submitted within 15 days from when your order is shipped. Customer is responsible for the return postage.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be sent back in sale-able condition, in its original packaging and with tags attached.
All collaboration, made-to-order, and sale products are final sale, no exceptions.
THE ITEM MUST BE NEW, NOT WORN, UNALTERED, AND FREE OF ANY ODORS OR FRAGRANCES.
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
We do not accept returns of Brklyn Park products purchased at our retailer partners. Please contact your original point of purchase.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The purchase of the following items (Sanchez Tee) are final sale, no exceptions.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – DOMESTIC U.S. ORDERS
All domestic orders placed on brklynpark.com are eligible for return within 15 days from the date your order is shipped. Customer is responsible for the return postage.
You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our Atlanta distribution center. Please allow 7-14 business days for all returns to be processed.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (GLOBAL-E)
Brklyn Park is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit on its rout back to BP HQ.
Please pack all items you are returning and include your original packing slip nothing the items you are returning.
You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our Atlanta distribution center.
EXCHANGES - FOR DOMESTIC U.S. ORDERS
Online purchases of full priced items are eligible for an exchange within 15 days from when your order is fulfilled. Customer is responsible for the return postage AND for the cost of the exchange postage.
Final sale and made-to-order items are not eligible for an exchange. If the item you would like is no longer available, please allow our steps to return your item(s) for a refund.
EXCHANGES - FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers can submit an exchange request by contacting hello@brklynpark.com within 15 days from when your order is fulfilled. Customer is responsible for the return postage AND for the cost of the exchange postage.
Final sale and made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
Once your exchange is approved and processed a prepaid return label will be generated and provided to you.
If the item you would like is no longer available, please follow our steps to return your item(s) for a refund.
REFUNDS
You will receive an email notification once we have issued your refund.
Once we issue your refund, please allow 10-14 business days for this to appear on your bank statement. This is solely dependent on the day and time your refund transaction is processed.
We do not offer credit notes or gift cards, and all refund will be retuned to the original form of payment, no exceptions. Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
